T402521 HEUI Actuation Pump — CAT C7 / C9

T402521 is supplied new, as an independent aftermarket reproduction built to the fitment and function of the part it replaces. It is not a used or reconditioned unit, and it is not an OEM part.

Fitment is listed, not guaranteed. Listed applications: CAT C7 / C9 (HEUI) — confirm variant by old pump number. Send the number stamped on your old unit, the engine model and serial, and — where the stamping is worn — a photo of the old part. We check it against the catalog manually and confirm in the quotation. The machine or engine model alone does not select the part.

The listed minimum order is 6 pcs. Factory packing is 6 pc per box. If you need a different quantity for a trial or a mixed order, ask — what we can actually ship is confirmed in the quotation, not on this page.

T402521 is an independent aftermarket replacement part, manufactured for BOSTEN and sold under our own brand. It is not a Caterpillar OEM part, and BOSTEN is not an authorized Caterpillar distributor or dealer. Caterpillar names and part numbers appear on this page for identification and cross-reference only.

The main references we list for this part are 20R1635 / 384-0607. A shared number in a cross-reference list is identification, not a guarantee of interchange, so we check the number on your old unit against the catalog before quoting.

Warranty terms are confirmed per order and written on the quotation before payment. Different product lines and conditions carry different periods, so the terms for this part are not printed here as a generic number. Damage from contaminated oil or fuel and incorrect installation are excluded under the terms confirmed for your order.

HEUI pumps run on engine oil pressure, so oil condition and the oil filter matter as much as the pump itself. Contamination is the most common cause of a repeat HEUI failure and damage from contaminated oil is excluded under the warranty terms. Confirm the pump type and variant from the number and faceplate photo of your old pump before ordering.
