Benches you can look up
HEUI injectors are run on a dedicated Hartridge Toledo HEUI Master; common-rail and pump work runs on Bosch EPS815 and Hartridge benches. We name the equipment because "tested" means nothing without it — and the bench that runs your part is named on the quotation.

Every unit follows the same path
Receive & identify
Unit is logged by part number; the stamped number on the part — not the order line — drives the test plan.
Bench test
Run on the matching bench (HEUI on Toledo HEUI Master; common-rail and pumps on EPS815 / Hartridge) at working conditions.
Inspect & finish
Sealing surfaces, threads and connections checked; seals replaced on opened units.
Photograph & pack
Photos of your actual goods before the box is sealed, factory-standard export packing, dispatch tracking.

Evidence that ships with the goods
For every order we can attach batch documentation: the bench used, the checks performed and the results for your part numbers. Before sealing, the actual goods are photographed — what you see is what ships.
Packing follows factory export standard: units seated in fitted trays, desiccant, cartons dimensioned per product line (for example 6 injectors per box at 10.8 kg, 350 × 280 × 400 mm). Special packing and buyer-label programs are confirmed on the quotation.

The workshop behind the parts program
The workshop is ISO 9001:2015 certified (GB/T19001-2016, certificate 21826Q01051R001, issued by a CNAS-accredited body, valid to September 2029) for the production and sales of fuel injectors and injection pumps for fuel systems — the exact scope this catalog covers. On top of the QMS certificate, the same facility operates as a diesel service and diagnostics center; the authorizations and assessment awards below are photographed on site. The service plaques cover the service and remanufacturing work behind the parts program — not an OEM parts manufacturing license. Photos or scans of any original, including the ISO certificate, are available on request.

Questions buyers ask about quality
Which test equipment do you actually use?
Three named bench brands, matched to the product line: the Hartridge Toledo HEUI Master for HEUI injectors, Bosch EPS815 for common-rail injectors and pumps, and Hartridge benches for pump and actuator work. The bench that runs your part is named on the quotation — not a generic 'tested' badge.
Is every unit 100% tested?
We don't print that slogan. What we do: each unit runs on the bench matched to its fuel system, and what is checked depends on the product line — see the check matrix on this page. A test report for the ordered batch is available on request.
Can I get a test report with my order?
Yes — ask for it when ordering and it ships with the batch documentation. The report references the bench used and the checks performed for your specific part numbers.
What do the certificates on this page cover?
Two kinds. First, an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certificate (GB/T19001-2016, certificate 21826Q01051R001, CNAS-accredited body, valid to September 2029) — its scope is the production and sales of fuel injectors and injection pumps, the same scope as this catalog. Second, the on-site authorizations and assessment awards of our workshop as a diesel service center: Bosch Diesel Center status, common-rail component repair authorization, Delphi diagnostic and service station awards, and a Weifu service authorization. The service plaques cover the service and remanufacturing work behind our parts program — they are not an OEM parts manufacturing license. Photos of the originals are available on request.
Is your production ISO 9001 certified?
Yes. The quality management system of Dongguan Dayan Bolian Engine Equipment Co., Ltd. is certified to ISO 9001:2015 / GB/T19001-2016 for the production and sales of fuel injectors and injection pumps for fuel systems (certificate 21826Q01051R001, initially issued September 2026, valid to September 2029, issued by an IAF/CNAS-accredited certification body). A scan of the certificate is on this page, and the current original can be sent on request.
How is the goods packed before shipment?
Factory-standard export packing — for example six injectors per box at 10.8 kg, 350 × 280 × 400 mm. Photos of your actual goods are taken before the box is sealed, and packing details are stated on the quotation.
What if a unit fails on arrival?
Send the order number, photos of the part and, where applicable, the test report from your side. We review against the warranty terms confirmed on your quotation and respond with the next step within the agreed response time.
