CAT 320D Injectors & Pumps — C6.4 / C6.6 Common Rail
Common-rail parts for one of the most requested excavators in our export markets — power configurations must not be mixed.
The 320D excavator runs a C6.4 or C6.6 common-rail engine depending on configuration, and the two are not interchangeable. The 320 model name spans several engine families across generations — 320D runs a C6.4 or C6.6, while 320F runs a C7.1 — so the machine model alone never selects the part.
We supply the common-rail injectors and the injection pump for these machines. Confirm with the engine nameplate, program version and the complete OE number from your old unit.

Where buyers go wrong
Mix-ups we see on this engine
C6.4 vs C6.6. Two configurations of the same machine generation — power configurations must not be mixed. Confirm by nameplate and the complete OE number.
320D vs 320F. Different generations and different engines (C6.4/C6.6 vs C7.1). A '320 excavator' search is not a fitment basis.
Engine FAQ
Questions buyers ask about the CAT 320D (C6.4 / C6.6)
Which engine does the 320D use?
A C6.4 or C6.6 common-rail engine depending on configuration. The 320 model name spans several engine families across generations — the engine nameplate plus the old injector's OE number selects the part.
Do you supply the 320D injection pump?
Yes — 324-0532 / 2641A405 for the C4.4 / C6.6 machines including the 420E / 430E / 450E backhoes and M313D / M315D excavators. Confirm the pump version by the old unit's number.
Is a 320D injector the same as a 320F injector?
No — 320F runs a C7.1, a different common-rail family. Machine model alone never selects the part.
