How terms are set, and what to check before you order.
Our approach: warranty terms are confirmed per order and stated on the quotation — in writing, before payment. Different product lines and conditions carry different terms, and a website badge cannot speak for a specific shipment.
Six things to check on any warranty (ours or anyone's)

Shipping
Goods are packed to factory standard (for example, six injectors per box), photographed before sealing, and shipped express, air or sea from China. Incoterms, papers and insurance are confirmed per order.

How long is the warranty?
Warranty terms are confirmed per order and stated on the quotation. Different product lines and conditions carry different terms, so we put the exact period for your order in writing before you pay.
What does the warranty not cover?
Damage from contaminated oil or fuel, incorrect installation, and normal wear parts. HEUI systems in particular fail quickly when oil is contaminated — this is stated up front so there are no disputes later.
How do I make a claim?
Send the order number, photos of the part and, where applicable, the test report from your side. We review and respond with the next step within the response time confirmed on your quotation.
Do you take back old cores on remanufactured parts?
Core return and core deposit terms vary by product and destination. They are confirmed on the quotation — please ask before ordering rather than after delivery.
